For a long time in our industry, a wage disparity has existed between the service and kitchen teams. As a step to minimizing the wage gap, we are adding a 4% “Culinary Appreciation Gratuity” to your bill. Cooks and dishwashers are historically non tipped employees and do not benefit from the gratuities our guests so generously add to their final check.
100% of Culinary Appreciation Gratuity will be distributed among our cooks and dishwashers. We pride ourselves on paying our teams competitive base wages, but we want to do more. Your additional contribution to support them directly is a crucial step in making a change to our industry.
